I am trying to activate a Verizon eSIM on my wife's phone, but it is not going through.
The device is a brand-new, factory-unlocked Samsung Galaxy S26 that was recently brought over from South Korea. It is completely unlocked and not tied to any carrier.
Since it is an international model, I suspect that the device's IMEI and EID numbers are not currently registered in Verizon's database (whitelist), which is preventing the eSIM activation.
Could a representative please assist me in manually adding this device's IMEI and EID to the Verizon system so we can proceed with the activation? I have both numbers ready to provide via direct message.
