I have been disconnected from Verizon for a long time since I am overseas in the military. Instead of paying monthly I would like to pay off my phone in full. With a disconnected account I don’t know how much is remaining on my balance I don’t have the phone number anymore and no Verizon account I just get the same email every month to pay my 44.44 I want to be done with this and pay my disconnected account in full I am unable to go to a store since I am stationed overseas. I would really appreciate the help I am unable to chat with Verizon or able to get a hold of anyone.
