Verizon Easement Crossing

Question

Hello, I need to obtain a crossing agreement for a road passing over an easement formerly held by "General Telephone Company of the Southwest" which was then bought by Verizon. This is in Crockett County Texas. Can someone please reach out to me as soon as possible? Thank you

The CSRs used to be able to access these forums, but a major software change implemented late last year caused an issue with CSR access. :(  It's still a work in progress, but I sure hope it gets resolved soon.  But for now, social media is probably the best way to get in touch with a Verizon rep, as even the forum admins have been recommending the same.  You could try the "contact us" link at the top of the forum page, but I'm worried that whomever answers may be wanting Verizon account information, etc. which is going to be problematic since this isn't about a specific Verizon account.

Really? that seems so unprofessional to reach out to Verizon on social media to negotiate a crossing agreement. All the documentation points to this forum as the place that these requests are handled. Can someone please assist me here?

Hi, the CSRs aren't able to use these forums currently.  Your best bet would be to use one of Verizon's social media channels:
