I received an email stating that my son's gizmo watch has to be managed on family app. I can't see it on my app? How do you pair it?
@skyfxl if GizmoHub is not being retired for another week or so, the software update to move it to Verizon Family must not yet have happened. I would download the GizmoHub app for the time being to pair the watch to your phone. Otherwise, check the Verizon Family app to see if there are any updates to it and/or uninstall/reinstall Verizon Family to see if that'll work for pairing the Gizmo Watch.

I thought it was the GizmoHub app which is used in conjunction with Gizmo watches.
I have the same question.
The Gizmo watches are not regular smartwatches as they have limited internet access capability. Try the GizmoHub app available at the usual app stores to manage a Gizmo watch. Whether or not these watches work with Verizon Family, don't know.
Verizon announced that the GizmoHub app is being deprecated on 7/6/2026.
Thanks for the info. I couldn't find anything on the website as it still shows instructions about using the GizmoHub app. I'd recommend contacting the GizmoHub app support by looking in the "app support" section of the link below where an email address and other details are shown. Must be a newer app out there which hasn't yet been updated on Verizon's website.
