Depending on what types of phones are involved, a search engine will provide details. But typically, it involves using a "smart switch" sort of app to move data from one phone to another. There are some things which won't go over automatically such as the codes from authenticator apps. In these cases, you'd have to transfer the data specifically from that app to the same app on the new phone.
