How to get Verizon to stop sending RCS advertisements

Question

This is now the second time I have received an RCS Business Messaging message from Verizon that was nothing but an advertisement for Verizon services. There's no unsubscribe option, and sending STOP does nothing.

I'm absolutely furious and considering cancelling my phone plan if this does not stop.
