how do I switch my phone
If this is a prepaid account and you want to change the phone being used on a phone number, the "activate or switch device" thing in My Verizon doesn't work for prepaid. :( You'll have to go to a Verizon store for someone to manually swap out the phones, or use a completely different phone and call Prepaid CS at 888-294-6804 to see if they can do the swap over the phone.
