I have just signed up for new internet service through you. I can not figure out how to set up the new router. And I can’t find any phone number for support. Can you please help me with this

I'm not sure if you have the 5G Home Internet or Fios, so I put in the instructions for both from the website.

5G Home Internet Setup Steps

* Prepare the Gateway - Unbox your 5G Internet Gateway and plug it into a power outlet near a window for the best signal strength.
* Use My Verizon App - Open the My Verizon app on your mobile device and follow the guided setup instructions, which will help you run a signal test to find the optimal placement.
* Connect Your Devices - Once the gateway indicator light turns solid white, search for the Wi-Fi network name and password printed on the sticker under the router to connect your phones, computers, and TVs.

Fios Setup Steps

* Get instructions - Sign into My Verizon to access step-by-step instructions tailored to your specific equipment.
* Connect the router - Plug your Fios Router into your Optical Network Terminal (ONT) using the Ethernet cable, then connect the router to a power outlet.
* Connect your devices - Locate the default Wi-Fi name and password printed on the sticker on your router, then use those credentials to connect your devices to the internet.
* Set up Fios TV+ - If you have TV service, connect your TV box to your television using an HDMI cable, power it on, and follow the on-screen prompts to pair your Fios TV Voice Remote.
