I'm very disappointed with Verizon services. I'm been their customer for the last 11 years and after the last update they made in their system on June 1st, I can't use my phone if it's not connected to a wifi. I've called them several times, they say they will fix it, but it doesn't fix at all. It's been 29 days and i can't solve that issue. They offered me to replace my phone for a pre-used one (really ?), or if I need a new model I'll have to pay for it. They created me a problem and now I have to get a new phone.
If any employee is thinking about answering to this complaint, please be original and honest. Don't start with: "We are so sorry for this inconvenience". What about assuming that you created me a problem and offered me a new phone for free, as a loyal costumer?
