Hello,
I'm currently traveling internationally and
I previously suspended my Verizon line. I would now like to reactivate this
line, but I'm unable to sign in to My Verizon because the verification code is
sent via SMS to this same suspended number, which I cannot receive.
I'm also unable to use the online chat with
a live agent or verify my identity through a call back to this number for the
same reason.
Could you please help me reactivate my line
directly over this call? I'm happy to verify my identity using my account PIN,
billing address, or other identifying information instead of an SMS code.
