Hello I have this LTE Extender and it's stuck in OPEN mode, I cannot switch it to either CLOSED or HYBRID. It just says system error. And I cannot find a way to delete my access list as I read i need to delete them before I can switch it. Any help here?

You might try calling support and escalating to a next level tech support person, maybe multiple times. The customer user access to the LTE Extender Access Mode management hasn't worked in years. The Verizon website access to the appropriate extender network database is/has been broken. Some users have been successful in getting a knowledgeable tech support agent to access the database and make changes for them.

Customer Facing Errors: “Your changes cannot be saved due to system error. Please try again later.” or “Unable to process your request at this time."

Look to see if the 'Model' is populated (should show "sFemto3") and if blank this could be your problem as the system is reporting that the device is not CSG capable or the association not found for that extender model. Contact support for an incident ticket (INC) to be submitted to the offline team for review. Once assigned and work is done on the backend, the model should appear and allow you manage the access.

Have you tried one of Verizon's social media channels? People have been reporting better luck through those means. With your model not showing up, this is something which needs a support ticket per Fdbk's post.
