I received my first bill and nothing is right starting with the phone number and the account number. This is for a residential account tv, Wi-Fi and landline! I the original order was inaccurate and when installer arrive I was on the phone setting up new order and now everything is messed up. I can’t even pay the bill as according to the system nothing is being recognized! Now I Ihave wait for a callback on 7/9?? I need help now!
