I keep getting called from a wierd number. How do I block it?

I have call blocking for up to 20 numbers but it wont let me block these 2 numbers that keep calling because they arent 10 digit numbers. How do I block 631 and 223 from calling me? Thanks

If you paying for the call blocking package, (you must if you can block 20 numbers) have you set it up to block restricted, unknown, or blocked numbers??

Many times when you see a three digit number it is either someone using a spoofing call ID program or a call from inside a business.

Sign in to My Verizon and look for an area called "I WANT TO" and find the link that allows you to block up to 5 numbers for free. It will block them for 90 days and then you will have to re-block. But it's free.
