I would think that you created a username and password when you started your Rhapsody subscription. Most subscription based services require this to access the content.

Where did you initially set up your Rhapsody account?

Hi everyone just to update you. The rhapsody that I signed up for when I ordered the iPhone does not work with the iPhone. You have to actually sign up through the app store. This has been confirmed by Verizon and apple. I just actually canceled mine because I have been buying my songs on iTunes.
