Im not getting 4G connection again. Is anyone else experiencing this today?

All 4G issues have not been resolved. I haven't had 4g 3g 1x or voice since Monday. Two different reps told me yesterday that it was my device. The service tech at the store said Verizon was updating towers and it was on Verizon's end. The fourth rep admitted to me that Verizon was having "major issues" with their 4g networks and that they are working hard to resolve it but have no idea how long it will take. In the meantime, I can't get data or make phone calls (no bars at all) on my Thunderbolt. My cheap LG phone works just fine because it's not 4g, but I'm paying for a very expensive brick right now.
I've had major problems with data service for the last several days. Restarting the phone reconnects....
