I am having problems with my phone freezing when people call me or i make calls. i took to verizon and they said i have to take it to the apple store because verizon is pretty much limited to turning the phone off and on.. the closest apple store is like 25 minutes away, which is fine but i know that when you call apple they wont help you unless you have apple care.. does anyone know if apple will help me at the store even if i dont have apple care?
