I think people like what they are getting as opposed to buying the Droid under the impression that it "has potential". I did not get the Droid for the update. I knew it was for me when it was placed in my velvety paws -

I read on wikipedia that "On Feb 16, 2010 Google announced that 60,000 android cell phones are shipping per day."  That's a ton of phones.    I almost feel sorry for Steve Jobs...wait...not really.
