iPhone activation question

Tho

I have 4 iPhones coming tomorrow, my question is, can I use 1 apple ID to activate all 4 phones or will I need 4 different apple ID?

Thought I would update this post with clearer answer for those who switching to iPhone.

You will not need your apple ID to activate the phone. Just call *228 on your new iphone, choose option 1, and follow the automated system instruction. It will ask for the phone # you're activating and the primary account holder last 4 digit SSN. VZW will than send activation signal to configure and activate your iphone. It will take less than 5 minutes.

Your Apple ID is only needed when you download, buy apps, music, or sync to itune to update the software.
