I purchased an LG octane to replace my old LG 8300, the website will not allow me to change my prepaid device.

What gives?

I would contact Customer Service at 1-888-294-6804 for help with activating your Octane. However, it is possible that the Octane is not compatible with either your current plan or Prepaid service entirely.

Just call them. I'm pretty sure its compatible. I was never successful in switching phones on the web until I called them and got a real person to do it.
