First, why can't I find a board for Droid X2? Was I supposed to go to Droid X, Droid 2 or here (other devices)?
How do I get labels on the icons on the bottom row of the home screen? I don't know what those stinking symbols mean. - How would I?
On the Notifications screen (the one that you pull down), I don't have buttons to toggle Wifi, GPS, BlueTooth, etc. I found widgets preinstalled on one of the screens to the right of the home screen (and the widgets have no labels - just symbols leaving you in the dark figuring out what does what). But why don't they show up on the top of the Notifications screen like they do on the Samsung Fascinate? Aren't both phones on the same OS?
Why does the Applications screen slide vertically, and not sideways like the Fascinate? Again, both phones are the same OS, right? The sideways slider stops where it's supposed to, but with the vertical slider, you have to be careful not to scroll too fast and be sure you stop in the right place.
When the screen goes blank, I have to slide the lock across, and then connect the 4 dots for security (when there is a security lock). Why can't it skip the slider lock and just do the 4 dots thing - again like the Fascinate? I need the security in case someone else picks up the phone, but the slider lock provides absolutely no protection - anyone can figure it out. It's a nuisance and I want the slider lock removed when I use the 4 dots security lock.
Google Maps, which was preinstalled, was out of date - a 2010 version. I went through major frustration trying to figure out why I was getting metric measurements in Latitude, and after I discovered and installed the update, it finally switched to English. Now, why was the 2010 version preinstalled on a new model phone?
Swype on the X2 is not very smart compared to the Fascinate. On the X2, it really has a hard time figuring out what I'm trying to type; the Fascinate works much better. Do I need a newer version of Swype, and how do I get it?
Also, why is the Verizon website always so slow? It's been this way for months and it's really difficult to research issues like this - especially considering that the printed documentation provided with a new phone is almost no help.
