PUK code

My 21 month old some how or the other activated my PUK code and I can not get my phone to unlock! I called Customer Service and they said they could not help I needed a new sim card which they can mail to me or I can go to the store tomorrow and get a new one but there was nothing they could do for me tonight is there a way I can un lock it with out there help

I would be glad to go over unlocking the PUK code. If the PUK was entered invalid 10 times it permanently locks. You would then need a new SIM card. If you still need your individual PUK code PM me and I'll retrieve this information for you.

I cant access my PUK code is says it is unknown.
