I have an iphone 4 and every time i try to purchase a ringback, there is an announcement that states there is a block restrictiong this action. i called verizon twice and each time they said no block had been placed and there shouldnt be any reason for this to happen. the second time the operator said i should try itunes. But, as we all know, the ringback tones are provided only by your carrier. He outwit me. not hard to to when i'm trying to come off nce when i really want to yell at him. . . . so now that i have tried my app, omline and "customer service" i'm coming to you. any suggestions or has thisever happened to you? what should i do? i go to purchase the song and it blocks me without a reaason! i'm only trying to spend more money! HELP please
