4G Swapping Cards

I currently own a Charge, I am going to be getting a Nexus. Can I simply swap my current 4G card to the new phone?

I believe the Nexus uses a micro/mini SIM card. It is smaller than the normal SIM card size. If the Droid Charge uses the larger SIM card, you will have to get a new SIM card for the Nexus.
