Thunderbolt only connects to 3G in 4G area

I have had my thunderbolt for a week now and it has not once since activation connected to 4G. It is in my area it says on the site you check with your zip and address. I just want my unlimited 4G I am paying for!

I definitely understand why you would want to get your 4G working on your phone. I would like to check a few things in your area and verify this is a 4G area and see if there are any issues. Can you please send me a PM with your name, number and your full address?

I am having the same issue and this only started today after I got the OTA update yesterday.
