Just wondering if anyone knows where I can find a list of where hotspots will work. I am specifically looking for information for Little Cayman Islands. Thanks so much! - Melissa
There is a free app available in the app store called "wi-fi finder" it will give you the list of public wifi spots that are avaialbe in your current area. It works in 144 countries so download it and see if it would be of any assitance to you.
Do you mean places where you can find free wifi hotspots? There isn't just one definitive list....just depends on every local area. You can do a search for free wifi hotspots in littlencayman islands...if you're staying in a hotel you can check if they have free wifi...check local public areas such as bookstores, resturaunts, etc....the info is out there. You just have to search for it.
What a great question! I will be happy to address it for you.

The iPhone is not listed, nor is it listed under compatible devices for VZAccess Manager.
Not saying it doesn't work, but there's nothing in the fine print to say it does.

Yeah, I noticed that too, Verizon's WiFi hotspots are a joke, you need to have a 3G/4G device connected to even use it, so what's the point when you could just connect over 3G/4G instead? And you have to use VZAccess which only works for Windows, so Mac OS X, Linux or any WiFi device with a proprietary OS or firmware, so it's pretty much useless, not to mention I haven't seen a place that supports it, I agree, it might be more sales/marketing hype
