Iphone 4 with 50$ prepaid plan?

I bought a Iphone 4 will i be able to use it with the 50$ prepaid plan? I'm fine with not using all the apps.

The $50 prepaid plan with verizon is for basic phones only. Smartphones DO NOT qualify. so no iphones, blackberrys or droids.

If I'm not mistaken, the iPhone is not currently usable on the pre-pay plans. You can contact VZW to verify.
