Progress bar for 2.1

May I suggest a progress bar for 2.1 release. Make one for the Motto and one for the Eris. list areas on the bar like Alpha, beta, gold and move the indicator to approximate location. If something happens to bring it back a stage or back up a little within a stage have the meter back up a little. This way when it does happen people will know because the indicator will say it. People will know how developement is going. People will see when difficulties arise and if it pushed back the distribution date. At least we can see if we are getting close or not.

Dream On. Verizon really doesn't care about individuals. They care about businesses and dense urban areas, that's it. I have been holding my breath for 2.1 for a while now... turning dark blue (like AT&T Blue).

Yeah cause AT&T doesn't limit their phone capabilities or break software to suit themselves and they make sure all their phones have the most up to date software. Just look at the Backflip. Oh wait.....

A progress bar will turn a number of us (agitated) Verizon customers into a cheering crowd rooting for the home team, in this case the 2.1 release. Besides, we were getting off topic and I felt the thread needed it's original direction reaffirmed.
