I can't connect to 4G on my xoom

I have tried at work and home, both in the 4G areas according to Verizon's website, connects to 3G fine, but only has 2 meg DL and 1 meg UL.

Leonard is considered, a 4G Extended area. There you may or may not get 4G coverage.
