Just upgraded both my lines to the Iphone 4S and didn't find any option to add the Apple Care+ throughout the order. Anybody have any answers.

Could have been bad though...set my alarm to wake me up early so I could be the first (of thousands) and then I get on and it is already going. Glad I didn't miss out.

FYI, AppleCare + is not showing up as an item to be ordered on Apple.com either. I was just looking and you can see the product. Just can't buy it. No "add to cart" button.
I'm getting that too. Thanks Verizon for putting me at the back of the line. Someone is supposed to call me back within the hour. If they can't get this resolved today I'm going to switch carriers since I'm not under contract.

I just wanted to take a moment to clarify your concerns regarding the purchase of the AppleCare+ protection plan for your new device.
The AppleCare+ Protection Plan must be included with your iPhone 4S order to ensure the device is protected through the AppleCare+ Protection Plan. AppleCare+ is currently not available through VZW. Any VZW customer who purchased a iPhone 4 (8GB) or iPhone 4S device through 11/14/2011 can purchase an AppleCare+ Protection Plan directly from Apple via this exclusive toll free number: (800) 275-2273.
After 11/14/2011, orders for AppleCare+ can only be placed together with the iPhone 4 (8GB) or iPhone 4S order. Verizon Wireless will not sell AppleCare+ to any customer with a Florida address. This includes Direct Fulfillment orders with a Florida Ship To address. These customers will need to contact Apple to purchase. Thank you! I wish the 4 different Verizon TS people I talked to today could have explained it this well, I will try the number as soon as they are open. I had already given up and had the phone unactivated and back in the box ready to be returned, thinking I'd either wait awhile or order direct from Apple.
Since last Wednesday, Oct 12, when Apple told me I had to order it from Verizon and Verizon reassured me I would be able to get it once I received the phone I had been looking forward to my new iphone, only to have today become a nightmare of phone calls to people who had no clue what I was asking for or why. Lets hope tomorrow goes smoother and I can go back to being a happy Verizon customer.
