Convoy 2

The convoy 2 has a built in mp3 player. I have transferred songs from media player to an sd memory card. The songs are on the card and when I put it in the phone and go to media center+music and tones+my music it says not enough memory to load music. Any ideas? I have tried everything i can think of and had 2 phone calls with tech support and still cannot listen to music.

At this link below there's a lot of enthusiastic discussion about the Convoy 2. I think it'd be worthwhile to register there and ask in that discussion if anyone has any suggestions.

I can't really think of anything. Is there much internal memory (not memory card memory) left ? I ask because maybe the music app needs a certain amount of internal memory to operate function even if the songs are stored on a memory card.

 

Are you using really really high bitrate for your songs ? I'd read that awhile ago Verizon phones used to be fussy about what bitrate was used.

 

Have you tried all three formats (mp3, aac/m4a, and wma) on your memory card to see if the behavior is any different ?
