Network Extender - sys light flashing red for over a week now

I have had it for 2 months and it has been great. The last week however I have not been able to get any signal and the SYS light is flashing red. All other lights are blue. I have trried unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in.

 

 

Any help?

**EDIT: For some reason it is working now after rebooting again today**

 

Yup, I have the manual and I think I addressed all of these in my original post. My apologies if I wasn't clear.

 

-A red System LED indicates a system error was detected and is symptomatic of a communication problem with the Verizon Wireless network.

I am assuming this is the case, and came here to see how to resolve it.

 

->Confirm your Network Extender was activated at time of purchase. If your Network Extender has not already been activated, call Verizon Wireless Customer Service at (800) 922-0204 or *611 from your Verizon Wireless mobile phone and select the option for technical support.

I mentioned in my post that it was working for 2 months. This indicates that it was activated.

 

-Is your WAN LED illuminating blue? If it is not, then there may be a communication problem between yourNetwork Extender and the router.

To quote my original post "All other lights are blue."

 

-If the WAN LED is illuminating blue, then check that the router iscommunicating properly with your ISP. The Internet activity LED on your router should be blinking. For further router troubleshooting tips, please review either the router manufacturer's printed or online documentation.

I am using the same router to access the internet from this computer so the router is fine. I have changed ports on the router with a port that I have confirmed as working.



-Is the GPS LED illuminating blue? If it is not, the Network Extendermight not be receiving a GPS signal.
