Just bought the Droid Eris, still no update to 2.1

I purchased my Droid Eris 1 week ago. And I cant figure out how to get the update to 2.1. My phone still says I'm on 1.5. Help!

return to store and have them upgrade it or ask for a replacement that has 2.1 on it already. It should have come with it at this point.
