How do I cancel the protection insurance???  I can not find anywhere online on my account that will allow me to do it and really dont want to have to call.

Calling in, or visiting a store, is the only way to cancel it. Dial *611 from your handset, or 800-922-0204 from any phone, and with a little patience you should be able to speak to a rep and remove the insurance in a bout 5 minutes or less.
