SIM Card - can I buy a pre-paid verizon wireless sim card?

I have a dual sim card phone, and live in an area that had dead spots. I would like to use two different networks in my dual sim card phone. Can I use a verizon wireless network sim card and have full access to the verizon network?

No, Verizon Wireless is a CDMA network and does not use sim cards.
