Caller ID not matching BIll 999999999 0000000086

Why do I keep getting 999999999 and 0000000086 on my "usage" checks? Double checking against my phone, I know exactly who these calss wnet to or were received from. Why isn't Verizon able to get this info.

And after checking and gogling, it is not because someone is "tricking" the caler ID nor are mine related to telemarketeers, al;though i do occasionaly get that problem at home. these are perfectly normal numbers that I call frequently that it picks up one time and then 10 minutes later I can call the same number and it lists it 999999999.

Can someone from Verizon please explain why this is and what is being done to correct it?

For the 86, that is your voice mail. So you are calling your voice mail.
