I was wondering if Verizon had a one time bill forgiveness program. I have had a whole lot of issues come up lately including my car breaking down and costing 1500 dollars to fix. I was just wondering about this. Thanks in advance.
I really think you are presenting this to the wrong group, all company can have a bit of flexibility under some situations but it is at their desecration, this means only Verizon can decide if the will work with your situation and I am sure there isnt any one that can give you a honest answer on this topic..
My suggestion is to contact CS and explain the situation and see what solutions could be worked out if any..
Sometimes promotions exist in which you could get either one or two months free providing you extend your contract if you have less than a year remaining.Best bet is to call CS and ask them to see if this promotion is available on your account.
If this is not available VZW will work with you as far as payment arrangements. After your bill is more than 13 days past due, call CS and request to speak to financial services to set up a promise to pay.
Many people are in a tough place financially right now so I hope this helps
Hello DavidT1989,
I definitely understand needing a little assistance with a bill here and there. When you dial #PMT (#768) from your device there are late payment options available to assist. If you need additional time after the automated system timeframe you can call financial services to set up a promise to pay option to further assist. The financial service number is 866-266-1445. You can also DM me with your name and mobile number and I will help you with getting connected and setting up a payment. I hope this information helps you. Thank you.
