We have been Verizon customers for many, many years. We've never missed a payment and they just called said we had an outstanding balance of $36.00. After checking we found it was an over-site on our part. Our Bad!
That being said, the guy from financial services that called was SO RUDE you would have thought we owed them $1000!!! Geez, $36 Bucks we overlooked and we get treated like crap. Makes us want to move to another company but we're stuck with them for 2 more years. Now we are sorry we resigned with them. Terrible Customer Relations!!
