Visual Voicemail

I have no voicemail on my phone. I have talked to someone from verizon on the phone and have been to one of the stores. Still NO help!! I have no visual voicemail and they say I dont have the option of just regular voicemail. I have reset all settings and done everything they say to do. It wants a password which I have reset and it still isnt working. Has anyone else had problems? If so, have you resolved the issue and how. All input would be appreciated. Thanks!

Did you just recently get the iphone? You might need to setup the voicemail system on the iphone. If that doesn't work, then you should call customer service from another phone and have them reset the voicemail feature on the phone and walk you through setting up the voicemail.

I too have problems with my voicemail. I was recently sent a replacement phone. There is no indicator of voicemails left so I have to call using the keypad to check to see if someone left a message. My original password migrated over as I restored my new phone from my backup. I have followed the steps above with no luck. Any assistance would be appreciated.
