I am so very upset right now. I have been going over this page for hours, trying to talk to someone from Verizon. My phone has been shut off and cant get through to anyone with 611. I have a baby at home and need to speak with someone about getting phone turned back on, and issues I am having with phone/service/payment. I emailed on contact page, where I was told I could speak with someone 24/7. I CAN NOT find anywhere that I can speak to someone, dont know how to use this site, and finally figured out how to post on here after about an hour of trying to figure it out. The phone, computer and everything else is about to go out the window, and I would sincerely appreciate any help. I need to speak with someone in customer service I believe? Who knows... not me, thats for sure!
