Say had anyone in the Southern Maryland area been having problems with their Wireless connection? Ours kept kicking in and out every few minutes for the pass few weeks in the evenings.. Is Verizon doing something or what..

Is this the device you have? A 4G MiFi 4510L? If so, please try resetting the device following these steps.
THIS IS BS. i GOT MY MIFI 4GLTE @THANKSGIVING...HAD NO ISSUES UNTIL ABT 2 WKS LATER. SINCE THEN NOTHING N=BUT PROBLEMS. THEY SENT ME A WHOLE NEW UNIT & A SIM CARD, WHICH WAS A FIASCO IN ITS SELF. NOT ONCE WAS THERE ANY MENTION OF ISSUES ON THEIR END; THEY JUST SUGGESTED THAT I PURCH THE NETWORK TOWER EXTENDER FOR A MERE $299! CURRENTLY, I HAVE SERVICE (IT'S EARLY AM) BUT USUALLY BY EARLY AFTERNOON, IT JUST STAYS CONNECTED FOR ABT 2 OR 3 MINUTES & THEN DROPS. WE HAD HAD VERIZON FOR 10 YRS W/O ANY ISSUES UNTIL NOW.

What's the user name
Should be your SSID on the back of your MIFI.
