I am having a dilema. My Droid 3 recently had a fall and has cracked the screen to the point off non usage. I am aware of the 99 dollar deductible on Asurion
replacements but the issue I am on limited income (SSDI) and do not have 99 dollars just laying around. Now I have money set aside to pay my phone bill on the 31st $325.45. I am curious if Verizon would in any way be able to bill the claim to my account. Or let the 99 slide to next months bill.
I know that when I was a customer of both ATT and Sprint the bill to account option was avaible. I am lost as to why Verizon ( The best network and best service( self proclaimed) is not able to do such a thing as their competitors. I think it would be beneficial to both the consumer and the company. If anyone has any input or has ways to get ahold of the big wigs to suggest this please let me know.
