Is there outages near Phoenix, AZ?

Just wondering, keep getting disconnect on first try in calling someone, then goes straight through in second attempt to call. Gets the error you have reached a non-working number. Tried calling tech support, etc. Not getting straight answer. Thanks!

I understand your concerns regarding the calling issues outlined in your post. No network issues are reported for Phoenix, AZ as of today (2/8/12, 3:33pm CST).
