Then Apple will announce it's next generation IPhone in June and Apple will win for a few months. Then Android will announce it's new flagship phone, and it will win for a few months.... It all runs in a cycle, but I do hope the increased competition will mean better phones.
Glad this has happened! I can see the Nexus One being a better phone. After all Nexus One is offered on many providers & not just on one (Verizon,Vodfone,T-mobile,AT&T). So of course more phones would be sold. iPhone is just made strictly for one network, AT&T (accusming a person wouldn't unlock it).
