Locked SIM....Please help

I accidentially turned on the SIM PIN on my phone and since I didnt know the PUK Code I cannot access my phone. Ive tried everything from resetting the network setting to erasing all the data and settings on my phone but I am still unable to access my IPhone.

Someone please help me.

Contact VZW customer support and they can help you quicker. Otherwise you will have to wait for an employee to stumble upon your post and offer assistance after you have sent them a DM with your info. If you need access to your phone quickly then it would be in your best interest to call or go to a local VZW store.

Also, if you absolutely need access to your phone, or the VZW rep wasn't helpful with the issue and you're needing to call back, you can, in the meantime take the SIM card out, Verizon's network is CDMA and therefore doesn't require a SIM.

I had to call support several times until I finally got somebody that could help me and give me my PUK, but taking the SIM card out in the meantime was helpful.

Also on a side note, the defaul PIN is 1111, this is not the PUK, the PUK code is an 8 digit number.

You should be able to get the PUK from your MyVerizon area, click the link at https://nbillpay.verizonwireless.com/vzw/accountholder/services/myphoneSubmit.action that says....

I locked the sim card on my iphone 4s and need the PUK. Also im confused about the messaging thing, it says i have to be a follower or something in order to direct message you and i cant figure it out.

Same experience. Trying to set SIM PIN, locked SIM. No link on web site, despite web site help saying there would be. Support said to try 1111 which is clearly wrong. They transferred me to "level 2" support. They had me take sim out, put in, said I would need to go to verizon store to get new sim. Said I didn't really need sim. Eventually she contacted international support and came back with the 8 digit code. Total time on phone about 60 minutes.
