I have a 3G (4G is not avail.able in my area) VZAccess Manager modem. When I connect and start doing things on my computer it disconnects and I lose all my information. I noticed this happening a couple of days ago. WHAT is the problem?????????? I don't like paying for a service I am not receiving.
Also, I seem to be using more minutes that normal. Since I see 5G on my account could this be the reason? Why is this showing when I only have 3G service?????
