I had been on contract before with verizon and then switched to prepaid. I made a payment the way I had always done using my online Chase bank account and sending it to the payment address I found under contact us and payments on myverizon. Now verizon cannot find where the payment went. I called twice and spoke to 4 different people including supervisors and was told they can only see payments made for prepaid accounts and don't know where my money went and were very unhelpful. My bank confirms the payment was paid to verizon and I have a proof of payment form but no one at verizon seems to know how to look it up. So it appears I'm out the 40.00 I sent them. Does anyone know how to get in touch with the payment department?
