I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for the last seven years, Verizon has always alerted me when I was getting close to exceeding my minutes, not this time, the time I go over more than an hour! Seriously, you let someone rely on a feature like that, and then when you call about your bill the only answer you receive is that "Verizon only notifies you occasionally regarding overages." By the way since I went paperless so I personally can't see detailed information on my bill to contradict what they are saying, I'm extremely disappointed, my contract ends on the 22 of August, I will not be renewing
