No one has control over this except YOU.
i'm going to switch providers if these emails dont stop!!!!
There is an option in the Verizon Wireless community to follow a question and all its answers. You will probably have to go online using a computer and deselect the appropriate question you are following.
You can also set a filter to send all of these messages to trash.

When you're signed in, click on your user name at the upper right of this page. Then click on "Edit Preferences" in the right sidebar. Set all e-mail notifications to "Off."
Nice answer. I wonder if the OP knew where the emails were coming from in the first place and why they were being sent.
