What a ripp off!!! Customer service is horrible!!! Website needs to put a link to tell your blindly lead new customers that they don't need to buy the Droid from your website for $199 when several other sites to include DELL and AMAZON sell the thing for $19.99......what a ripp off, **bleep** me for switching from At&t to Verizon and after I brought the ripp off to their attention...they did nothing, I asked for a manager twice and talked to both and both said in lamens terms {please keep your posts courteous}. Unacceptable. Horrible customer service, horrible resolution process, I feel like I've had this phone for 2 days and Verizon has stolen my money. Yes I could have shopped around, but **bleep** me for going to the source to get a Verizon phone, they don't price match except for their own stores and even tried to tell me they don't know what 3rd party websites sel the phone for (you had to buy a new contract to get the $19.99 deal) finally the 3rd manager admitted they do know what other sites sell for but gave me a line of lies about how they share contract revenue, {please keep your posts courteous}managers and rep making pennies on the dollar an hour atre trying to tel someone they don't even know about the principles of business, what a joke.
