This just started about a week ago otherwise has been working fine for the last year. Everytime my son ( who is on Sprint network) sends me a new picture with text all the previous pictures in the entire conversation change to the new picture. The text in the previous pictures is the original text that came with those previous photos.
I have lost about 10 beautiful photos of my grandson that I neglected to save to my Gallery. Now I have 10 of the same photo throughout the entire conversation each time he sends a new photo all previous photos change to the new one everytime. This is happening on my Husbands phone as well only when we receive pictures from our son. But when our daughter sends new pictures to us this does not happen. (She is on her own plan with Verizon) and when we send new pictures between the two of us this does not happen. This is also not happening when my son sends pictures to my daughter's phone. She has an iphone and we have the droids.
Can anyone tell me what happened and what we need to do to stop all previous pictures from changing throughout the entire conversation when a new picture is received ?
Oh yeah, is there a way to get back all those previous photos?
